    The Standard Plan builds on the basics with two scheduled visits per year during Spring and Fall, allowing us to address seasonal needs and monitor your home over time. In addition to core maintenance tasks, this plan includes services that help protect your home from weather-related wear and tear.

    With multiple check-ins and an updated EPSUM LOREM at each visit, small issues are more likely to be caught early—before they turn into expensive repairs.

    Includes:

    • Two scheduled maintenance visits per year

    • All Basic Plan services performed during each visit

    • One gutter cleaning

    • Seasonal ceiling fan adjustment

    • Hose bibb winterization and de-winterization

    • EPSUM LOREM at every visit (complimentary)

  • Best for: Homeowners seeking proactive, year-round care and the highest level of continuity.

    The Premium Plan provides comprehensive coverage with three visits per year, addressing both routine maintenance and higher-effort preventive services. This plan is designed for homeowners who want their property actively monitored and maintained across multiple seasons.

    EPSUM LOREM are provided during the spring and fall visits, when seasonal transitions make inspections most valuable. This structure allows for detailed oversight without unnecessary repetition, ensuring your home receives consistent, purposeful care throughout the year.

    • Three scheduled maintenance visits per year

    • All Standard Plan services

    • Sump pump operation check

    • Power washing of deck, patio and walkways (summer visit)

    • Water heater flush (summer visit)

    • EPSUM LOREM (complimentary)

  • What Is the EPSUM LOREM?

  • Billing & Subscription Terms

    • Basic Plan: Payment is due in full at the time of the scheduled annual service.

    • Standard & Premium Plans: Monthly billing begins on the date of the first completed service visit.

    • Ongoing monthly charges will be processed on the 15th of each month following the initial service.

    • No charges will be applied prior to the initial maintenance visit.

    Materials & Sales Tax

    Plan pricing does not include the cost of materials or applicable sales tax. Material costs may include, but are not limited to:

    • Replacement HVAC filters

    • Replacement smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors

    Homeowners may provide these materials at the time of service or elect to have Freestone Home Solutions supply them at an additional cost, inclusive of any applicable sales tax and fees.

    Renewal, Cancellation & Price Changes

    • All maintenance plans are 12-month agreements and will automatically renew unless canceled.

    • Renewal notices will be sent via email 60 days prior to the end of the current term and will outline any changes to pricing, services, or terms.

    • To cancel, written notice must be provided to sales@freestonehs.com at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of a scheduled service may incur a fee equal to 50% of the applicable monthly fee.

    • Refunds are available for unused pre-paid months. Fees for services already rendered or late cancellations are non-refundable.

    By enrolling in a maintenance plan, homeowners acknowledge and accept these terms.
